Residential Security Surveys

An officer will come to your home during the evening or apartment and conduct a security survey at no cost. Areas covered include:  lighting, locks, alarms, landscaping, and much more. The officer can then offer valuable suggestions on how to decrease your chances of becoming a victim of a robbery or burglary. To schedule your survey, call (262)569-0733 M-F 8am-4pm.

Commercial Security Surveys

As with a residential survey, we also offer the same help to businesses.

Personal Safety Presentations

An officer can give a speech to your community group. Topics can include:

  • Personal Safety and Assault Prevention

  • Crime Prevention for Senior Citizens

And other topics on request. Call the department at (262)569-0733 M-F 8am-4pm for more info.

Operation Identification

The department has an engraver that can be lent to residents wishing to engrave their valuable property with their name or Social Security number. To reserve an engraver, call the department at (262)569-0733.

Adopt-a-School

With this program, officers on our dayshift try to be at Meadowview School when the children are outside. This gives the children a chance to meet and talk with a police officer in a more relaxed environment.
